Their "parents" come too, to ensure you are guided on the less-busy but still human-accessible trails. On the two hour adventure we will: - Meet at Grafton Lake parking area next to Grafton Road. - Start with 10 minutes of intros and "Goat 101" to learn how to safely interact with Peanut and Pickles. - Walk around the lake. - Stop at viewpoints along the way, where we'll offer to take photos of you with the goats. - End back where we started. Private hike options include: - Customized trail route such as up to the lookout in our main photo, or to cool natural tree forts! - Special arrangements for a longer, more challenging hike to the summit of the iconic Mount Gardner. A few considerations: Families as well as dogs on leashes are welcome, but please note that Peanut and Pickles are still growing and learning, and their headbutt play behaviour may intimidate children and dogs. You are welcome to request dates, but these will be considered "private hikes". This adventure is "rain or shine"! The boys look adorable in their rain coats, so (pending a major storm) we'll enjoy whatever mother nature brings our way. Finally, the boys love to meet people, and they can't wait to show you their beautiful backyard!

Ice Fishing with a Local Guide
Important: we are a 100% CATCH & RELEASE guiding company. Under no exceptions do we bring home fish to eat. Minimum age requirement of 16 After we pick you up from your Airbnb in Whistler we will head over to one of the stocked lakes in town to catch Rainbow Trout which on average range between 10 & 14 inches in length. I will set up a large portable ice fishing shelter which will have a heater inside to keep you nice and toasty. After drilling a few holes into the ice with my powered Auger, I will have you fishing in no time. If it's a nice day you can move around the lake a lot more. This way, you can take in all the beautiful scenery the area has to offer which includes Whistler and Blackcomb mountain in the background. There is a good chance we will have the lake all to ourselves. It's the perfect getaway when you need a break from skiing and want some quiet time. This is truly a Canadian experience that you must cross off your bucket list. Great for groups, great for teams, and great for team-building.
Mushroom Hunting and Foraging
Guests will meet the Host at a central location. This may or may not be at the foraging location. If needed the Host will shuttle guests to the foraged location. Each guest will be outfitted with the proper mushroom foraging tools and given a detailed explanation of what each piece of equipment is used for and how it is to be used. Guests will learn how to identify and recognize a few different species of wild mushrooms and have hands on experience learning about mycology and how to forage for wild mushrooms. Since there are thousands of species of mushrooms and fungi, only safe and edible mushrooms will be collected and learned about during this experience. Guests will spend 60-90min on a guided forage walking through mixed terrain in search of wild mushrooms. Once the experience is finished, the group will ensure we "leave no trace" and return back to the rendezvous where guests can provide feedback and be given the opportunity to purchase dried mushrooms previously foraged locally. (Mushroom Hunting is a very seasonal and temperamental activity, guests should be aware there is a small chance that fresh edible mushrooms may not be discovered during their experience however the Host guarantees that wild edible mushrooms will be integrated into the whole experience as well as a fulfilling learning experience!) Other things to note The guide will provide resources to help identify common edible mushrooms via literature and photos. There's a chance that not every foraging experience will result in edible mushrooms but be prepared to have a full day of learning and experiencing the outdoors!
Wake up in Vancouver with street art and coffee tasting
Join us for a stroll through one of the most hip neighborhoods of Vancouver - Mount Pleasant. Together we’ll connect with new friends & experience the plethora of coffee & art that has defined this local hotspot. Our tour begins at Olympic Village Square. We’ll make introductions & connect with the history of the area to get started. Next, we'll wind our way on an easy walk through the backroads & alleyways of Mount Pleasant to enjoy the spectacular street art murals that sprawl throughout. Each mural has it’s story & each story has it’s author, & we’ll do our best to leave you with that sense of connection. To add to the street art, we're going to get an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look into some of the coolest art studios at The Beaumont Studios. Among them is an artisan coffee roaster and brewer. He'll take us through his process and we'll taste the fruits of his craft. To conclude, you’ll be well-informed with how you might spend the rest of your day or visit (including exclusive access to discounted attraction tickets among other things). We’ll drop you off where we started, and from there possibilities are endless.
