The energy efficient building has a b.r. with double bed, daybed in main room (possible cot can be added). We try to live lightly on the Earth-passive solar, PV system, recycling, compost, permaculture. Wifi available, although slow (6 Mbps down / 0.9 Mbps up). LGBT friendly.
