I am the owner and chef of Grandma’s Spanish kitchen brining cuban and Peruvian Cuisine to the north country. I grew up here and brought my family traditions to the area along with a farm to table menu supporting my community and also sharing all the great produce we grow locally to our community.

You’ll be greeted with unique appetizers paired with drinks as you get aquatinted with me, chef and owner and local, before I conduct a rare after hours private cooking class as we prepare a family style meal together and enjoy a meal together unlike any other.
