Discover EASY delicious Indian cooking by preparing flavorful 'Vegetarian' dishes with Aromatic Spices. You can also adapt these easily for Vegan / Meat based cooking at home. You will learn to cook 3 main dishes, and honestly, so much more! Select from a range of items like vegetable-sabzis, lentil-daals/beans, Indian breads/Basmati rice, fresh chutneys, raita, etc. For your convenience, I'll prep these ingredients in advance. - We'll begin by discussing the history of Indian cuisine & its evolution. - Have fun learning about the different kinds of spices, beans & lentils that flavor-up Indian Vegetarian meals. - Get hands-on with the main course, learning about various cooking techniques with spices, aromas, tastes & textures of ingredients. We'll walk through the steps together. Learn simple tricks while creating something delicious to enjoy & be proud of. - When the food is ready, enjoy it the authentic Indian way, with your hands, eating together with our family & sharing some anecdotes. - We'll wind down with the customary cup of steaming hot Masala Chai, lounging over conversations around Indian culture, lifestyle & philosophy. Takeaways will include notes, instructions & leftovers; but your biggest takeaway will be that Indian vegetarian food is truly delicious & not hard to prepare after all!

Food was central to my upbringing travelling around the world - from cozy family meals to the large extensive feasts buzzing with friends and extended family. Even when things weren't readily available, yet she would end up with these delicious Indian meals made with love. We never had any food left on our plates! Once I was ready, she happily shared and handed over her secret recipes, which have been my lifeline ever since. Soon, friends, family, and guests started complimenting my food regularly. So I decided to share these cooking tricks with others, helping them learn easy ways to prepare and enjoy delicious Vegetarian Indian Cuisine.
