I am super passionate about mushrooms and truffles and my dream was to make this love my profession.
I have been a professional truffle hunter now for 12 years, and I supply many restaurants with fresh truffles.
I have my own line of truffle products and am proficient in the culinary cuisine of truffles.
I am a dog lover and an expert in training them to search and find truffles in the wild.

My wife had a great experience meeting Matteo and learning all about Truffles. We were not experienced at all on that matter, but the way Matteo tells his own story and provides examples, photos and explanations remotely, works pretty well to get immersed in the Truffles world. In the near future, we hope we can get to meet him in person and possibly even take a face to face Truffles hunting tour in Italy.

Matteo is a warm and friendly, generational truffle hunter! I am a true lover of real truffles - not the chocolate kind and not the fake essence of truffle that permeates our restaurant menus.
