Traditional cooking lesson for those who wish to learn the secrets in the preparation of the real homemade Pasta. The lessons will be held directly at Chef's home. A splendid way to spend the evening, cooking together and finally sampling your own wonderful culinary creation, coupled with a good glass of wine. The house has plenty of room inside and outside to guarantee you always an amazing and fun lesson and served dinner at the table! We will prepare together Homemade Tagliatelle, Gnocchi and Ravioli Pasta filled with Spinach and Ricotta Cheese. We will cook together "Chianina" Beef-sauce; Mushroom, Sausage and Saffron sauce; and Rocket Pesto for the Pasta. We will complete your dinner with some Appetizers (only local products) and Dessert. We will match the food with some local Wines and we will offer you a glass of Prosecco to celebrate this unique experience!
