They also provide motorbikes for Kibera residents to get to work. 3. Bio Gas Center - We’ll meet Edwin, the founder of a project which turns Kibera’s waste into energy for it’s inhabitants. 4. Women’s Craft Center - We’ll meet Rosemary who set up a workshop for women living with HIV. Collectively they remove the stigma of HIV by employing women with HIV to create crafts. 5. Master's Touch Bakery - At the finale of our tour, we’ll meet Nancy for coffee & fresh baked goods. During a personal, one-on-one, 3-hours walking tour in Downtown, you will experience the city centre through the eyes of street children. Get the real insights into their way of life, get captivated by their life stories and ghetto-energy, learn from their street skills, ask all your questions, shop at local markets, bargain with your guides to pay a local price, eat street food, have tea with mechanics, see street art among and last but not least become friends with them. Social Impact: By booking a Nai Nami Tour you give disadvantaged youth from slums an opportunity to earn a regular income and inspire them as a role model. I'll take you on a walk through Kibera, and you'll get an up-close look at the city's largest and most thriving informal settlement. We'll visit social impact activities that supports and trains young entrepreneurs within Kibera. As we walk through Kibera, you'll meet locals and see the growing arts and music scene, while discovering daily life. I'll talk about Kibera's history, political and social struggles, and its role in greater Nairobi as we walk. You'll get a chance to experience the warmth, strength, and resiliency of Kibera's residents. At the end of the experience, we'll stop in a local shop for snacks. Other things to note Please bring your camera, but leave other valuables at home. Closed-toed shoes are required. You will walk about 3-5 km. Unfortunately, this tour is not accessible for those with limited mobility.
Roast & learn everything about coffee
Come and discover what it takes to make a cup of coffee as you journey through the scenic views the coffee farm has to offer. Your tour guide will explain everything about the growing and processing of coffee. He will show you the seedling beds, the fermentation tanks and drying beds. Thereafter he will take you through the process of roasting of the coffee beans. Here, you will get to roast your own batch of coffee and take it as your souvenir. Finally you will have a cup of coffee and snacks at the rooftop with a view of the farm. Tuthu Catholic Church Mausoleum Day Tour
Tuthu Catholic Church was established in 1902 by Consolata missionaries. The church houses Chief Karuri wa Gakure’s mausoleum. Karuri wa Gakure was a paramount chief who welcomed the very first missionaries in Central Kenya. He assigned the missionaries a compound to stay and allowed them to conduct their first mass under a Mugumo tree, a very sacred tree among the Agikuyu. A shrine is also located within the compound of the Catholic church. We shall meet at Tuthu village in Murang’a County at 7:00 am, This area is an important cultural heritage site for the Agikuyu as well. We shall have our small brief and proceed to the church compound. The host shall share history of the church and the first chief that allowed the missionary to stay in kenya. This will take 2 hours after which we shall proceed to the church canteen for our breakfast. At 10: 00 am we shall call it a day and the guest can leave the church compound at their own pleasure.
Akamba Culture
My Guests will be picked at the agreed upon location in at 9:00 am in the designated transport company and travel to the cultural site. On our way I will show my guest the biggest pineaple plantation in kenya and the longest river in kenya. I will start with an introduction to the Kamba culture gender roles of a Man,Woman,Boy,Girl and elders. I will teach my Guest kamba cuisine and participate in cooking traditional kamba meals like Githeri,Kimitu,Mukimo. My guests will learn Kamba forklore,Legends and origins of the community. My guest will watch and participate in Kamba cultural dance and cultural music. I will take my guest for a traditionall hut tour,fireplace,sleeping positions,granary where we kamba store grains,Cowshed. I will show my guests Kamba attire and we shall wind up and i will drop my guests to the agreed destination that is in the afernoon.
Hiking through the mountains
My experience basically deals with a tour to Kalenjin’s community predominantly occupied home Kericho. Kericho borders the vast Mau Forest and is a stretch of green land with an ideal climate, it is a cultural, educational and agricultural center. It is a quiet place filled with the finest places ranging from historical sites to sacred places .our first place to visit with the guests will be Fort Tenan museum after the tour around the place the guests will have digested all the information there is to know and seen preserved fossils and tools used by early man, we will then end our experience by hiking up the rocks of Chebulu conservancy ,the expansive land found there is ideal for picnics with family and friends and even team-building activities it is also home to different birds and monkeys, it’s just a perfect spot to take some time off and rejuvenate .we will end our time together by having a treat to wholesome local food.
Labaratory experience
Join me as we explore this exciting laboratory tour at the kenyatta University as we learn more on the activities done and performed in the labs. First we shall learn basic knowledge about rules and regulations of the lab and the terms used. We will also get to know the equipments and what is expected in our labs. We shall also learn about what is the precautions of going against the rules of the lab. We shall have one of thw lab technician who will welcome us to the labs as we host our experience. We shall get to know the basic procedure conducted and those are done on more advanced labs. We can not wait to have you as we get to experience what we get on our labs.
The Maasai Mara Adventure
My clients will experience a highly interesting and enjoyable trip of the Maasai territory and Maasai Mara Reserve in Narok County thanks to me. They will visit this location to observe the wild animals from afar and the huge regions that make up the Mara. After that, we'll go to the nearby Maasai Community for an engaging educational program. You will get to interact with a variety of wildlife up close and personal and experience the tranquility of the mara, making this an unforgettable experience. One of the most stunning things you will encounter is the culture. I'm eager to serve as your guide.

Kijabe hills experience
Join us as we go out to Explore the the Kijabe Hills.This activity should be of utmost interest to hikers and nature lovers.We shall all meet at AIC Kijabe Hospital, cutting through the thick forest vegetation, to get to the caves and hot springs. We shall then proceed towards the 1km dark tunnel, an underground man-made water tunnel, with no light at the end.For those who will not have the courage to go through the tunnel then we won't be forcing them We shall then hike the three Kijabe Hills whereby we will get to enjoy the breathtaking views of the Great Rift Valley and Mount Longonot. Finally, we shall then disperse after the adventure
Beginner golf training
Have you ever played golf? Golf is an exciting sport that maximize your interaction with other players, because you will have enlightening conversion through out the course. It also requires you to be able to concentrate and be mentally focused during your swings. All this is what you will experience as I train you golf on how to handle the different types of golf clubs which includes: woods, irons and putters, the important of a pre-shot routine and why everyone has a unique routine, how to take into account the weather, the wind, the temperature and nature of the course among many other aspects that gets better on each swing. The experience last two hours and the more often you practice the better you become.
Hiking and adventure within Karura forest
In nature, nothing is perfect and everything is perfect. Join me as we experience the serene and beautiful Karura forest with is located 8km kilometers and 30 minutes drive from Nairobi City. We will meet at Nairobi CBD at 8am and enjoy our breakfast at Hilton hotel which is right at the heart of Nairobi city. We shall then begin our hike our hike at 9am till 1pm which is approximately 4 hours. Join me in exploring this adventurous experience.
