Sleeps four with a full size bed and full size futon. Non-smoking, respectful renters. Sorry, no pets. Full kitchen with cookware/utensils, linens/towels provided. Room for a 2 or 4 place trailer and storage for gear. For guests with kids, the school playground is across the street. Rental has Wifi and HULU, also.
