Easement window. Sweet little couch. Small TV and a dresser.
  • Welcome to this sweet space in South Minneapolis. Good radiator heat. Coziness. High quality furnishings.
  • This is a high quality queen bed with nice linens! Down comforter and duvet. Cozy!
  • Easement window. Sweet little couch. Small TV and a dresser.
  • Here is another view of the queen bed. There is a maple end table on one side of the bed.
  • The kitchenette, laundry and bath are all together. Very Ikea, very clean.
  • The bathroom area is separated by a curtain. The kitchenette, bathroom and laundry are all one room.... separated from the bedroom by a door and hallway.
  • Sleek stainless steel table hosts kitchenette equipment: a hot pot, a Keurig coffee maker, a hot plate, and a toaster. Above there is a microwave and toaster oven.
  • This is the door that separates the bath/kitchenette/laundry from the hallway. The bedroom is to the right, down the short hallway.
  • We make an effort to keep this sidewalk safe for you.... it's Minneapolis... so sometimes there is ICE!!!
  • In the bedroom, this little basket has some maps and info about the area... and a little notebook for you to write in if you'd like!
  • This is the front of the house. There is street parking (free) available. Your entrance is on the right (north) side of the house.
  • Front of house. Built in 1906. We've lived here for 33 years.
  • This is the coat rack and basket area by your entrance. There is a stairway leading down to your basement level apartment. The stairway has a good railing! Hang your winter coats here and leave your outdoor shoes up here too if you want.
  • My father in law made this mosaic sign. Isn't it sweet? Welcome!
  • Here's a good view of the kitchenette. The cupboards have cooking pots and pans, as well as plates, bowls, glasses and cups. The fridge is below the utility shelf.
  • The cozy couch. People often comment on how warm and dry this space feels. As a "garden level" apartment, that is very important! It's the radiator (hot water) heat that makes it feel so cozy.
  • The bathroom area is small but very clean and organized. It is separated from the rest of the room by a curtain.
  • This is the front door to our home. This is where you return the key as you depart, through the mail slot that is within the main red door.
  • In the kitchenette there is a washer, dryer, and kitchen sink. We provide laundry detergent and other cleaning items.
  • There's an armoire to hang your clothes. Extra blankets are provided. The maple table is in good condition and has a leaf that flips up. A small dresser, and a little TV, that gets network channels.
  • Shower, between bathroom area and kitchenette. We have a new hot water heater! And our water quality in Minneapolis is very good.
  • Detail of the glass shelf next to the bathroom mirror.
  • Your private entrance. Self check-in.
  • The maple table belonged to my grandmother. It's sweet to sit here to work or to eat. The leaf flips up to expand the table.
  • The radiator puts out nice warm heat in the winter, and in the summer the easement window can be opened to let in a breeze. It's a comfortable space in all seasons.
  • We put treats out for our guests, along with a notebook which gives more details about the space.
  • The toilet and brand new pedestal sink are curtained off from the sweet kitchenette.
  • Here's another view of the kitchenette so you can see the relationship of the shower to the sink, wash machine and dryer.
  • Another view of the bedroom.
