Equipped for one to four people to stay; a smaller double sofa bed available in the spacious living area. Fitted and decorated to a high standard, with home comforts added. Safe, quiet area, well lit at night.

Keys provided to grant access through front or rear entrances to communal chandelier lit marble hallways. Ground floor is an office so the block is quiet at weekends and in the evenings. Private storage available on request for bikes or larger items in the basement. Off road parking is free; easier for smaller vehicles although there is also parking to the rear of the property for any larger cars.

Michelle manages the flats for us - she is experienced in the hospitality industry and will look after you! We have 3 boys, 2 mad dogs and full time jobs to keep us busy, and an ambition to see the world in 2020. We let our 4 corporate flats in St Georges Road when they aren't needed by Pharos Offshore Ltd. Help is available at the property each working day, and is a phone call away at night and at weekends. The building is independently fire safety checked on a routine basis. All gas and electrical safety certificates are kept in date and are available for inspection on demand. Hotel standards at airbnb prices :-)
