A self-contained studio 10 minutes walk to the centre of Alice Springs in a quiet area with outdoor patio and garden. It is in a secure (lockable) block of three units. Parking available within the block.

Boendet
Studio with a full sized fridge and an oven which is also a microwave and grill. There is a kettle, rice cooker, slow cooker/pressure cooker and an outside gas BBQ. There is no stove top inside. There is a compost and herbs. Its a great space for quiet writing or composing. There is an upright piano. Shared laundry in the garage with the one tenant who lives in the upstairs building.

The cutlery is in the drawer of the kitchen table. Rain water for use in kettle. Note that there is only street parking and a vehicle on the street overnight could be broken in to. Note that there is no wifi.

This is my home and I only make it available when I am away. A tenant lives upstairs (separate access) who is able to assist you if you have any questions or cant find anything, but otherwise you are totally on your own.
