Vaatalya is a decade long journey of a family who left the city life to live a more wholesome sustainable life & showcase a model to the world that one can live in harmony with nature without disturbing the ecology. Rather than renting the space to industries & making big money, burning all that fuel, oversized pools, manicured lawns, and 24x7 air conditioning, we decided to take the hard road of creating a sustainable retreat with natural resources & conscious consumption.

ACCOMMODATION:
Standardized by the experience of certified mountaineers these snow proof dome tents are equipped with light air mattress( 6x6ft ) for comfort & duck down feather sleeping bags. Our budget-priced shared dome tents are snow & waterproof. A perfect experience to camp under billion stars whether travelling solo on a budget or modern-day romantics on a weekend getaway.
You have access to a cafe for dining and modern shared washrooms located 30 steps away for your morning rituals.

-Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner: All meals are farm fresh vegetarian meals except for occasional eggs for breakfast.
-Beverage: 02 times hot beverages morning and evening to keep you warm

DINING:
Serving family-style meals to all travellers on the retreat from breakfast, lunch & dinner. 80% of the food comes from our forest farms or is locally sourced. All your three meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) are included in the accommodation rate mentioned.
We create an evolving healthy dining menu from the veggies, fruits & herbs that we grow in our forest farms. We recommend you to leave the decisions of what is to be cooked to the hosts as they'll never disappoint you and will rather surprise you, but do let us know for any preferences. FYI we usually don’t cook non-vegetarian meals due to storage and contamination issues, but in case you wish us to cook it for you, let us know in advance & we'll be glad to arrange something at a minor additional charge of INR 350 per plate/per dish that can serve up to two travellers.

We have solar projects, vermicular, ongoing projects for rainwater harvesting, regenerative farming, flowering & are indulged into practicing various methods of sustainable living in harmony with nature. It's our endeavour to bring back the long-lost method of healing through nature, Ayurveda & spiritual practices and create a sustainable model that can be utilized by people.
