Escape and relax at our Lake House located on the east side of Seneca Lake in the heart of the beautiful Finger Lakes region. The Lake House is a spacious, 2500 square foot lake front home with an open floor plan that is perfect for a large group. Yes we are pet friendly but there is a fee and crating is a must while you go out. All pets are screened as we don’t allow puppies or mean dogs. Also absolutely no events at this house. Please inquire with us if you have any questions

It is an excellent location 5 minutes from Watkins Glen and 5 minutes to Hector wineries. Located on the East side of the lake so you have sun all day and unbelievable sunset viewdata. Spacious 2400 sqft bargain with a hot tub and outdoor fireplace area. Pets need prior approval and there is a fee associated with their stay. No events are to be held at the house. Max 5 vehicles.

Originally I am from NYC, went to college at SUNY Buffalo where I met my wife and best friend Tracy. We have three kids and moved to this area to be close to her parents after living in NYC for 10 years. There I was a building superintendent/construction manager for a small real estate company in Union Square and she was a RN at a large hospital. My old job as a construction manager for luxury properties had given me an outlet for artistic expression through building and as a super I learned that there is a satisfaction in making others happy through their living environment. The great thing about NYC is the culture. two things that are important to me is creating an environment of convenience and highlight the culture of my new home. My wife always says that we offer too much to our guests, but as I do a cost analysis of how much k cups cost for example, as opposed to the small convenience it offers I tend to side with the later. It's a peasant surprise when a guest would like to enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck in the morning and not have to worry about how to get it, or how it will got there, it's just there. Me and my wife also enjoyed putting together the activity book and picking out the wines that we give guests as we were able to suggest and support local businesses that highlight the culture of our new home. I appreciate clear communication and hate bargaining as a game, that is why the properties I hope, speak for themselves.
