Private, sunny, lockable bedroom & luxury shared bath. Use of fully equipped kitchen, laundry, living/dining, deck & garden. Queen bed, dresser, desk, 2 closets w/small safe, TV, chairs, & USB lamps, gas fireplace. Garden/deck w/ fire pit & grill. Within 1.5 blocks of multiple transport options, N Judah (metro), bus & private shuttles. Next to GG Park, grocery, running track & UCSF. All utilities, WiFi, paper goods, linens & bi-weekly cleaning included. Garage parking available for extra cost.

Boendet
I will only be here about one weekend a month, but another bedroom will likely be rented also. We will all share the living area/kitchen/deck/garden. Your bath is not attached to the room. It is located in the hallway. It will be shared with the other tenant.

You will get your own key. There is also a lockbox outside the door in case I am not available to greet you.

Andra saker att notera
I have a small (22 lbs) well behaved dog that mainly stays in my area. He only barks when I am home and someone is at the door. There is no parking but there is a paid parking lot 1 block away with 24 hour guard. Prices run about $25 per day. There is also some street parking, but can be difficult and some areas require a resident permit.
