7 mins drive from junc' 28 of the M5. 11 miles north of Exeter with regular bus service. 6 min from Cullompton, Upton Barn, Muddiford Court and the Corn Barn. Need early or late arrival? Enquire. Sorry unable to accommodate young children.

Lovely friendly people and spotlessly clean. Peaceful, comfortable and excellent value. Breakfast is all ready for you, you help yourself and I cooked myself some poached eggs on toast. Top quality ingredients. Highly recommend
