My home is ideal for COUPLES or SINGLE person looking for a peaceful place to work, write, read, or simply to regroup.

From my deck, you can see the sunrise over the city and the sun set right over the ocean.

The large deck gets sun all day, and our backyard features DOLPHINS, SEALS, WHALES and A BEAUTIFUL BEACH and a 180 degree VIEW of the entire BAY.

Boendet
High ceilings, skylights, and direct sunlight make the space very bright and open. Windows everywhere. Lots of fresh ocean air. A huge deck on the second floor of a rustic beach house on one of the most private and panoramic beaches in Malibu. A famous movie star lived here before he became famous. ;-) Ask me who!

Understand that this is a HOME not a hotel room. But, though basic in decor and amenities, we try to make it clean and immaculate for every guest, and we bend over backwards to fulfill special requests. Whatever you need, we will get it for you.

Guests have complete access to the house. Beach access is through the neighborhood access stairs 30 feet away.

I can't control the weather, but it is sunny and warm 90% of the time.
There is a NEST CAM security Cam that monitors the outside entrance.
