Simeon Estate is a traditional stone building, located in the village Drouseia, just a few km away from Polis Chrysochous in Cyprus. The property features a nice private pool and can accommodate up to 6 persons. It is fully air-conditioned and only a few steps away from the local amenities and tavernas. This stone property consists of the main villa and an adjacent annex, which is a stylish studio with a small kitchenette, double bed and a private shower room, tastefully furnished.

The main villa is providing the facility of a fireplace and an underfloor heating system for any winter guests (the studio as well, but this has to be arranged locally).
Main villa access door is entering into an open plan space, with a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting and dining area pleasantly decorated. On kitchen sides are located the two bedrooms, a master with en-suite shower room and a twin, as well as a family shower / wc.
Both the bedrooms have private balcony doors opening to the pool terraces and the garden.
Alongside the pool and at the front of the villa it is set a nice outside sitting and dining area, underneath a pergola.
The adjacent annex is a stylish studio with a small kitchenette, double bed and a private shower room, tastefully furnished.
Lush gardens with beautiful flowers and cypresses are surrounding the stone paved terraces and the stunning private pool.
