Amazing apartment with four en suite bedrooms. The apartment has beach front views of the Playas beach. It is a two minute walk to the main town and has parking for two cars. There is access to a small rooftop pool which have amazing views.

The village it's developing so fast and it count with a lot of restaurants close to the sea where you can enjoy a good plate of fresh fish whilst you are looking at the sunset. In the town you can also get different kind of shops, banks, and a shopping centre, if you like water sports, this is your place. If you have a car you can visit Guayaquil (60 minutes), one of the biggest Ecuadorian's city and you have as well more beaches around as Salinas( 1h 30minutes) and Montañita (2 horas)
I recommend you to visit it, do not miss the opportunity because it is a very relaxing place to spend with friends or family.
