Villa Sophia Latchi is a beautiful secluded property, located in a peaceful countryside, just off Latchi Cyprus, with amazing sea views and only a few minutes away from the beach and town center.
It is a highly recommended property for a family or party of six, who would wish to be away from it all, enjoying the private big pool, the nicely set gardens and the peace of the virgin Cypriot countryside.

Villa Sophia in Latchi Cyprus is a three bedroom property, set on one level, facing the sea and the green surrounding hills.
The large private pool is at the front of the house, surrounded by well looked after gardens, plants and spacious terraces for a relaxing sunbath or an afternoon siesta by the pool underneath a sun-brollie.
Villa Sophia Latchi consists of an open plan area with modern kitchen, comfortable dining and living spaces, with balcony doors opening to the pool terrace and to a front roofed balcony, with nice seating facilities.
The bedrooms are nicely set with large windows and they are all fully air-conditioned. (A small fee is payable locally per day / unit).
The house features a master double bedroom, two twins, a bath with overhead shower, a shower room and wonderful terraces.
This property offers some sea views and is in a private location handy for hiking or walking all the way down to Latchi through countryside virgin trails.

Please note that use of air-conditioning is provided with a small fee of 5 Euros per unit, per day of use and is paid locally. The air-conditioning in the lounge is paid extra on request as this is up to the guest to decide the use in resort.
