Our comfy room with exposed brick wall decor is fully equipped with new 5 ft bed, private bath, A/C, fridge and 2 hi speed wifi. Perfect choice for 2 in Chiangmai old town. Centrally located in quiet street with friendly neighborhoods. 5 minutes walk from Chiangmai Gate market, nice restaurants, cafes and bakeries. 15 minutes from airport, easy access to most sightseeing places in town. Guests will get good glimpse of Chiangmai and enjoy stay with us in the city we love.

Fantastic little room. It was the perfect place for a solo traveler wanting their own space. Loved having a little view, hot water, clean place and a quiet street. I never got to meet Benz because I was out all day everyday. I will definitely stay again if I come back.

Benz was such a great host! Our room was ready earlier than the check-in time and she and her husband were so quick to respond when I had trouble opening the lock, due to my own error. The M bedroom was a little smaller than expected, but the ensuite bathroom was huge!

I loved this location. It's barely one street outside of the old city, and I enjoyed the quick access to many wats and yummy restaurants. The bed on the firm side, but still a great night's sleep. Hosts are very communicative, helpful and hospitable.
