Lovers point area is used for picnicking, fishing, swimming, water sports, and surfing. Lovers Point's amenities include a large lawn area, a beach volleyball court, a children's swimming pool, sandy beaches, rocky outcrops, a concrete pier structure, a restaurant, and a snack bar. It is popular for weddings, and is home of the annual Feast of Lanterns pageant and fireworks celebration.

Checkout Instructions: Please close/lock all windows and return all furniture -if moved- to it's original position. Also, toys and Games as well as movies and books, have to return to the place they were found as well. It will be helpful for housekeeping if you can strip the beds and leave towels and linen on the ground. Renters are responsible for clearing the dishes and put them away. If you are in a hurry, you could start a load on the dishwasher as well. Trash day might not be specified in your instructions. Because some neighborhoods are extremely particular with rules about trash, specific times to be put out, or locations, etc, We request for you to DO NOT take the trash out. So please make sure you have all trash in bags, that's all; housekeepers will make sure to put it in the proper location. Once again, thank you for choosing our home for your getaway. Hello! Important to notice about parking, this property has one parking spot along the house underneath the flag. Please do not park more than two vehicles because it will be considered a violation, if another car with you, par at Ocean avenue a block away and have guest walk to the property. More than two complaints remove per permit, please help us to avoid this issue, by parking 1 car along the house. We are so pleased that you have chosen to stay at a LUXEVACA Vacation rental! On the day of your arrival you will proceed directly to your vacation home. Check in time is 3p.m. and is a self-checking, so you'll find the key will inside masterlock hocked t the gas line located on the front of the house For questions, concerns, or assistance during your stay:

Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Make sure the information above regarding the number of adults, children 3 and under, and pets is correct. Violation of these policies may, at LuxeVaca's option, result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Or, the credit card on file may be charged for maximum occupancy or double the guest fees- whichever is higher. Each property will have a specialty book of recommended dining, fine dining, bakery's and coffee shops, activities, grocery stores and pharmacies local to your stay for your convenience.
Although properties are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Please bring anything edible you may need during your stay. Dish soap and laundry detergent (for first load only) are provided at properties with dishwashers and washer/dryers.
LuxeVaca will provide standard shampoo, conditioner, towels, and linens for each property. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside, properties with hot tubs and pools do allow usage of towels outside.
Please make sure you are familiar with our cancellation policies and policies regarding service or amenity outages (see your Rental Agreement for all these).
We are a full-service rental company and want to make sure you are as happy as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! 9 out of 10 times we are able to resolve your issue over the phone within minutes by directing you to back up supplies, instructions, etc. If not, we are happy to send someone to assist you in person.
