The Villa Kevin has room for up to 7 people. It consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one bedroom suite). The living room has a very large space and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There is a balcony with a fantastic view to the Marina area, from where you can enjoy the sea and the beautiful panorama. The house has park for your car. The private pool area has a great space that includes barbecue area.

The villa is located in a luxurious area of the Marina of Albufeira and is the second Villa closest to the frontline of the Marina, where you can find several recreational areas, restaurants, a great landscape with the sunset and boats moored.
It is also located 15 minutes walking from the old town of Albufeira and 20 minutes from many beautiful beaches.
