Modern artist loft apartment over two floors with a small garden in the countryside, 15 minutes by car from the center of Potsdam, 35 mins to Berlin. On the ground floor are: hallway, bathroom, chamber as well as a modern kitchen and a dining room. Direct access to the small garden from the kitchen. From the hallway a staircase leads up into the 76qm large light-flooded room, which was furnished as living room and bedroom.

I offer a special artist apartment over two floors in Potsdam / Fahrland. Potsdam-Fahrland is about 15 minutes from the beautiful Potsdamer city center and about 35 minutes from Berlin-Charlottenburg (by car). The property is located in the old town center of Fahrland. The environment is ideal for nature-minded people. On foot or by bicycle you can quickly reach the surrounding forests, rivers and lakes. The 115sqm apartment is located in a 1920 brick barn, renovated in 2016 and converted into a modern apartment with floor heating. On the ground floor is the hallway, the bathroom and a small chamber. Two steps lead to the modern kitchen and to the dining room. A window door in the kitchen offers direct access to the small garden, which is rounded off in spring. From the hallway a staircase leads up into the loft-like space that was furnished as living room and bedroom. This 76sqm room is flooded with light and is kept in plain white. The apartment is more for relaxed, moderate people and is not suitable as a party apartment.
