It is walking distance to the Newport Beach Pier where there are many shops and restaurants as well as places to rent equipment for all sorts of water sports, as well as the Lido Marina Village and the historic Lido Cinema. As you enter this home you will find yourself in a clean beach inspired great room with living and dining areas and a kitchen. The living room has lots of comfortable seating and a large wall mounted flat screen TV so you can relax and recharge together.

The dining area has a table for 4, and the quaint kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires. All you need do is add the food and the camaraderie of your family and/or friends.

The light, bright master queen bedroom has a full en suite bath with a shower tub combination. There is a 2nd queen bedroom and a 3rd bedroom with a daybed that pulls out to two twin beds. These bedrooms share a full bath with a shower/tub combination.

And of course all bed and bathrooms are furnished with quality linens for your ultimate comfort.
