The apartment is at a 25 minutes walking distance to all the city attractions: parks, pubs and clubs, art and culture, and restaurants. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped new in 2017 and has a terrace of 60 sqm with a unique view of Timisoara.

The penthouse is located in quiet and clean neighborhood, near Bega river and Stonehenge park. Most of the main attractions are reachable by foot in less the 25 minute from the apartment. At a 10 minutes walking distance you can visit the old Traian Square and at 1 minute more you will reach Romanilor Square with the most impressive church in the city and few minutes from Unirii Square. There are small shops close to the apartment, and a supermarket a few minutes away.
