This spacious guest space is a symphony of opposites. Central location close to Muni & BART, yet tucked away on a quiet alley. Lively Hayes Valley with plenty of delicious restaurants just steps away yet a fully stocked kitchen for eating at home. Edwardian bones (1894) yet fully renovated in 2004 to be an open floor plan for a spacious contemporary feeling. Your own separate entry makes it your own private home away from home. Yet i am just a quick text away. Awesome view!

My homey flat has all the comforts and plenty of space. Architect designed, it has a contemporary feel in a historic flat, so the best of both worlds. Contemporary art fills the walls, but a television too. Windows on all sides so light and air flow through. Generous kitchen. Nice table in the center room for working.
