The apartment is self contained accommodation above our garage with its own access. It has a shower room and toilet, and a small kitchenette which has a kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, basic crockery and cutlery. The decor is fresh, bright, and modern. The apartment location benefits from easy access to Winchester, Southampton, Hampshire County Cricket ground, Southampton Airport, the New Forest, Marwell Zoo, etc.
There are also free hard court tennis courts 100yds away (see photos).

Andra saker att notera
There is a good Indian restaurant in walking distance and a good Chinese takeaway that delivers. There is a good good pub within walking distance and several pubs/restaurants slightly further away. Happy to provide recommendations.
There are also lots of great places to go walking in the area.
