The loft in a former storehouse was rebuild in 2011.
It has more than 250qm on three floors and offers enough space for a family with 2-3 kids oder 2-3 couples.
On the roof top you can find a nice view over parts of Hannover.
The loft is very close to the railway station. For people who are sensitive when it comes to noises, the flat ist not recommendable.

It has more than 250qm on three floors and offers enough space for a family with 2-3 kids oder 2-3 couples.
On the roof top you can find a nice view over parts of Hannover.
The loft is very close to the railway station. For people who are sensitive when it comes to noises, the flat ist not recommendable.
For shops, restaurants, zoo and many other sightseeing attractions just need a few minutes of walking.
Close by the flat there is the Eilenriede, one of the biggest city parks of Europe.

There are two covered parking lots on the court.

There is one sleeping room with a double bed (150x200cm), a room with two bed (á 90x200cm) and -of you want- an extra rollaway.
There is another double bed in the "attic", but it's pretty loud over there.
The bathroom with a shower is nearby the main sleeping room. There is one guest bathroom on the same floor and another one nearby the living room.
In the sleeping floor you can find a washing machine and a dryer for your laundry.
In the same floor is a fitness room, too.

The Kitchen has a dish washer, a big oven and a 90er induction cooker.
The big living room with 100qm offers enough space for all of your guests.
Also you can find a 3D LED TV, a DVD player and a Sonos HiFi system for your mobile phone, pad, laptop or for your Napster account.
You can of course use the WLAN in every single room.
From the living room you reach the roof top over a stairway.
It offers enough space to spend a great day and have a nice BBQ evening with the gas grill.
The whirlpools temperature is on 38 degrees all the time, summer and winter.
