We are excited to open up our new home to guests. We would like you to keep in mind that this house is BRAND NEW and we haven't even lived in the house for very long ourselves.
We do live in the house and have kids. You WILL hear us. We will try our best to keep the noise to a minimum. Please keep this in mind when booking with us.

You will enter from the right side of the house into the garage and directly down the stairs to the basement apartment.

There is not a thermostat located in the basement. If you need the temperature adjusted, please let us know. We can adjust it very easily from our phones.
The kitchen is equipped for LIGHT cooking. If you do need something, please don’t hesitate to ask.
We do not have a dishwasher.
We do not have a washer/dryer.
If there is a problem, please let us know. We are happy to find a solution. We can’t fix it if we don’t know about it.

Please do NOT strip the beds.
Please wash all dishes and put them away.
