Here in primary jungle canopy ‘’Casa Falling Water’’ is perched above the fork of two creeks. From inside this minimalist custom Villa with walls of glass you will be looking at your private 25’ foot waterfall plunging into a natural pool. Adjacent to the pool is your private lounging/yoga platform. Ultra-modern, Minimalistic design. Over half the villa's walls are glass. This place speaks for itself and directly to you. 4X4 is requiere.

Boendet
Inside the Villa boast a a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, Berkey water filter system and stainless appliances. Ceilings soar to 14’feet. The private bedroom opens to living area. As well as a loft area with 2nd bed accessed by ‘’floating stairs’’.

Gästers tillgång
The Villa is just 7 minutes from coast highway on a very reasonable 4x4 road (Costa Rica Standards) you will enjoy internet and English cable TV within this 24-hour secured electric gated compound. Only 200 yards of the 7 min drive from the paved COAST HWY needs 4x4. So don't let the reviews freak you out. I think some folks have never been off pavement and I get that. This a "3" OF "10" Costa Rican roads. You'll see.

All this just a 10 minutes’ drive to either the beach or one the of best restaurants in the area ‘’The Happy Lobster’’. Centrally located between Quepos with it world class Marina and the regional Airport, just 20 minutes. Playa Dominical’s famous surf break and bohemian Village just 15 min to the south.
