  • This studio  apartment is called the Artist Suite and is located on the 2nd floor of a historic four-story brownstone. We affectionately referred to the brownstone as Suite Madison because life is sweet here.
  • Built in 1901, Suite Madison has been designated as a historical building.
  • This is the bedroom in the Artist Suite. The antique brass bed accents the charm of the Artist Suite.
  • The bedroom overlooks the backyard on the north end of Suite Madison.
  • The queen-size bed is very comfortable.
  • The decorative frieze over the fireplace has been hand-crafted by a local artist.
  • The kitchenette has stainless steel appliances, an under-counter refrigerator, and a granite countertop. The kitchenette is fully loaded with plates, pots, pans, utensils, serving dishes, wine glasses (very important), and much more....
  • There is a 2-burner stovetop range for those who love (or dare) to cook.
  • The sitting area is tucked in an alcove where you can relax or entertain friends.
  • You can also read one of the many books that focus on art from around the world, watch TV or surf the web on the wireless internet service.
  • Suite Madison still boasts its original ornate decorative moldings and fireplaces.
This fireplace has beautiful rosettes and has been fully restored to expose its lovely hardwood.
  • The fireplace and flat screen TV are on the sunny southside of Suite Madison, mixing modern designs and technology with quintessential New York brownstone charm.
