This private, wooded, spacious and contemporary styled home is conveniently located near I26 and a great central location to explore the Asheville area and Western Carolina. Weekends and holidays are only available for parties of 6 or more guests.

Boendet
Simple and straightforward, this is a place for everyone to stretch out, relax, try the hot tub, play pool, watch the 4k smart tv's and still enough space and privacy to do your own thing. The main level features a vaulted ceiling, open floor plan, hardwood floors, workspace, pantry, sunroom, deck, 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The lower level features spacious tiled floor, open suite with 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, den, sunroom, pool table & patio hot tub. The house is reasonably equipped, but be prepared to bring your own food, perishables etc... Please check the house manual for further details.

The yard is still a work in progress. The property is located on a hillside surrounded by trees and ivy. There are plenty of porches, decks and sun rooms are at your disposal, but there isn’t a usable yard at this point. The property is near the interstate and there is some light traffic noise mainly during the day. You may not notice and noise canceling machines are available in all sleeping areas.
