This lovely 106 year old Home is located in a quiet neighborhood just 3 miles from downtown Louisville. Walking distance to many points of interest. An excellent coffee shop right on the corner 301 feet (Sunergos Coffee). Just in the other direction 520 feet is an Irish Grille with excellent food and drinks (Shenanigans Irish Grille). Bardstown Road two blocks is the main thoroughfare through the Highlands which has many bus stops, restaurants, bars, movie theater, comedy club, Art shops and gallery's and many shops with interesting items of interest.

I'm glad to be able to provide a clean, quiet, safe and inexpensive place to stay for travelers. I live just 15 minutes from the southeast edge of Louisville on 12 wooded acres. The best of two worlds: (1) close to the city with all it has to offer and (2) on a quiet, private hilltop with a beautiful view. Wake to the sounds of birds singing, not traffic noise.
