Luxury apartment with 2 bedrooms and full facilitiesIt next to Bau Thac Gian Lake, protected 24/7, access to the elevator by magnetic card, 2.5 km from Da Nang international airport, Big C supermarket 1km, 5 minutes to dragon bridge and 10 minutes to My Khe beach. There is a garden, gym and swimming pool at $th floor. The residents are concentrated in many foreigners (especially Koreans).
Guest can cook by them self with a full spice and the equipment is in the kitchen.

Ham Nghi Street is a central street connected to Nguyen Van Linh Avenue - where the famous Dragon Bridge will fire at 8pm on Saturday. And you only take 5 minutes (taxi or grap) to the Han River where the bridge located.
You can also visit the Big C supermarket in the center of Vinh Trung trade to buy all what you think for your trip in Da Nang.
You can also visit the famous Con market, Han market to learn the daily life of people.
You can also experience the city by motorcycle, which you can rent. Of course car rental information will be available in my apartment.
