New building constructed in 2018 this unit faces the SF. bay with the view of 4 bridges, large living rm. with a very large balcony queen size bed, walk in closet & kitchenette. This unit is on the second floor of 3 story building. Please let me know if you like to check in early or check out late. Special discount for the UC affiliates.

The unit has a kitchenette with a small refrigerator and a microwave oven where you can heat up your food on induction burner.

I am an architect, I have been living in Oakland hills for 15 years. I love it up here in the woods. To ensure high level cleanliness and disinfecting during covid-19, all surfaces get cleaned with alcohol, we air the unit for 12 hours after the guest leaves. We will not meet you in person unless you have a mask and & 6 feet distance. You will self check in via lockbox at the door, I will txt you the combination for the lockbox. There will be a parking available in front of the building for you.
