Our secluded hut is your perfect safe haven to rest, relax and explore the area without encountering crowds.
Your private holiday hut is idyllicly surrounded by tropical rainforest, up on the hill with ocean views and remotley located!
It is tastefully furnished and perfect for 2 people offering a Queen Bed, ensuite bathroom, fan & air conditioning, wi-fi, smart TV, (no commercial TV channels but complimentary Netflix) tea & coffee making as well as a state of the art outdoor BBQ kitchen. The highlight of this absolutly private hut is a deck with Jacuzzi overlooking the coral sea and Low Isle! The Maui luxury hydrotherapy spa features 2 recliners facing the ocean and a total of 34 massaging jets! You have 2 deckchairs on the lawn to soak up the sun, watch the sunrise and enjoy the view over the water and rainforest. For your comfort we also provide bathrobes, sarongs and pool towels.

Your outdoor kitchen is equipped with a Ziegler & Brown Turbo BBQ including side burner and sink. Inside the cabin you have a large fridge, microwave, tea & coffee making, toaster, all plates and cuttlery. Your basic's such as Oil & vinegar, S&P & chilli, BBQ sauces, Lavazza coffee, tea & sugar are included as well as insect repellent and mosquito coils. All the windows are fly screened. Our bathroom amentities are australian made, natural and organic shampoo, conditioner and bodywash.
We practise social distancing and follow COVID 19 protocol.

Our property borders the Daintree National Park, we are surrounded by rainforest, 60 m above sea levels with gorgeous views! So private, no other house in sight, we absolutely love it and hope you will too!
Mossman is just a 15 min. Drive away and convenient for cafes and supermarket shopping. Mossman Gorge offers rainforest walks, guided or on your own as well as freshwater swimming.
Port Douglas is a 25 min. Drive from us where you will find lots of restaurants, cafe's and shops as well as beautiful 4 Mile beach and the Marina.
A walk down the driveway and across the road will take you to Rocky Point Beach, a beautiful, natural beach perfect for long walks!

We, Gigi and Andrea, used to manage the Pink Flamingo Resort in Port Douglas for 8 1/2 years. After the resort was sold in 2017 we bought a beautiful property here at Rocky Point, just north of Port Douglas. We love the accommodation business, meeting different people from all across the world and making new friends.
