This cozy apartment sits directly behind a awesome breakfast/lunch restaurant called Seedz. It is on Lincoln Ave. and is within a hundred yards to parks, bike trail, Yampa river, library, free bus stop, and is only a very short walk to many other downtown attractions. The unit comes with a 20% off breakfast at seedz for the group. Please let the server know you are staying upstairs.

Boendet
The unit has two bedrooms with queen beds and also a hide away double bed in the living room with a very comfortable memory foam mattress. It sleeps 6 very easily. There is two off street parking spots where you can put your vehicles and walk to everything else.

I should point out there are a few stairs to the entry way but no too many.

This apartment has no shared walls except for the cafe in front which closes at 5pm. It has new furnishings through out and new carpet in the bedrooms.
