We live in Richmond Annex. We're a 5 minute walk to the El Cerrito Natural Grocery and Annex. We're a 10 minute walk to the movie theater, Elevation 66 brewery, and just a few more blocks from El Cerrito Plaza Bart Station, Trader Joes, CVS, Peets and Starbucks, and lots more!
