Location - The Greens Residences I II & III - AP14 - AP15 - AP16 - Saidia Marina - walking distance to the new Aqua Park, & new golf course & close to the beach & Marina.
The Apartment is located close to the shared swimming pool. Has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, the main bedroom has a large double bed and a en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. With kitchen and lounge. Air Con and Heating in the main lounge and all bedrooms. Free WIFI Parking - 24/7 Security - wonderful gardens.

Boendet
The apartment is clean and tidy and has just been re painted. (There is no jacuzzi Bath)

The resort has 2 x 18 hole golf courses. The Aqua Park in the summer months. The large Marina, has a super market, banks, cafes, bars, restaurants, night clubs and shops.

The Old Town of Saidia is just a 5-8 minute drive from the new marina resort.
