Set moments away from the cobbled streets of Lymington old market town, Captain’s Keep is a centrally located, premium townhouse with parking options for 3 cars and a large garden. Sleeping 8 people on 3 separate floors, it has been fully refurbished to a high standard. Features include log burning stove, high speed Wi-fi, BT TV, rainforest shower, range cooker, Smeg & Miele appliances, Nespresso machine, outside seating area, hammock area, range BBQ & rattan furniture for alfresco dining.

Boendet
With its very own off street parking for two cars plus a year round parking clock for all the New Forest car parks so a third car can park in the long stay car park close by for free, Captain’s Keep offers an impressive central location with all the convenience of an out of town house including parking options for three cars and a large garden.

Entering into the the large open plan sitting & dining area, you will be immediately impressed by the high standards of fixtures & fittings that include leather sofas, reclaimed wood furniture, Samsung smart TV (BT Sports & multiple channels included), wood burning stove and extendable dining table (enough to seat 8).

The kitchen is kitted out fully with an array of Smeg and Miele appliances including an American fridge freezer, a range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Bedroom 4 is located downstairs and has its own shower room. Initially set up with a Super kingsize bed, this fabulous, lockable, self contained room can be made into twin accommodation on request. The attached conservatory can be accessed via the bedroom or by a separate side entrance and gives stunning views of the cottage style garden.

The garden boasts rattan style furniture with seating for eight, range Outlook BBQ, children’s playhouse, quiet seating area with fire pit and hammock area. These are available April - September.

On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with a Super King size bed and luxurious bedding with sash windows, window shutters and large storage areas. This bed can be made into two singles on request.

The large main bathroom features a walk-in rainforest shower, free standing contemporary bathtub and original Ship’s porthole mirror.

Bedroom 2 is also on the first floor, initially set up as a small twin room with views over the garden. Although limited by space, it can also be converted into a super king bed.

From the first floor, climb the charming staircase (not suitable for small children) and enter the Crows Nest - a bright and airy king size bedroom retreat with lovely dual aspect views and glimpses of the Isle of Wight.

Facilities include, high speed BT internet (approx 75mps), Miele washing machine, Miele dishwasher, tumble dryer, Smeg kettle, Smeg toaster, microwave, USB sockets in key locations and BT TV including BT sports and smart box.

All of our guests can look forward to a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge, biscuits, a jar of sweets for the children and doggy treats if you are bringing your canine friend. Milk, coffee pods, teabags, sugar, toilet roll and dishwasher tablets, laundry liquid, washing up liquid and soap are also provided. During colder months, we supply logs so you can take advantage of our cosy log burner. We aim to give you the essentials so you can spend your time relaxing and enjoying your break.

Lymington is very dog friendly and so are we - we welcome a maximum of two well behaved dogs (no puppies please!)

Captain’s Keep is 2 minutes walk from the beautiful old cobbled streets of Lymington and the fantastic array of bars, restaurants , shops and marinas that it has to offer.

We are 100 yards from the train station and very short walks from various bus routes.

The Isle of Wight ferry is only a 15 minute walk and a short ride across the Solent to the fantastic town of Yarmouth, which would be an ideal place to start exploring the Island.
Captain’s Keep is 2 minutes walk from the beautiful old cobbled streets of Lymington and the fantastic array of bars, restaurants , shops and marinas that it has to offer.
