Includes unlimited kayaking. We selected vinyl planks with 'driftwood' pattern to fit our vision of an amazing walk-on waterfront property with million dollar views. It has a very large kitchen with a large island covered with a beautiful quartz counter top and a stove top. It is situated on a nearly a 0.75 acre lot with direct access to the beach and ocean. Boendet
The water on the beach heats up by the summer sun, which allows for very comfortable swims. There is a small island located about 2km offshore that you could kayak across; very beautiful and lots to explore. A boat house is located next to the beach where the kayaks are stored so you do not need to carry the kayaks far during high tide (just steps away). The property is not very far (10 minute drive) from all types of shopping, including grocery stores, and yet able to enjoy the tranquility of a rural setting in this very secluded property. Enjoy BBQ on the large deck while overlooking the ocean and watch lots of wild life and sometime a cruise ship going by.

The entire upper level is available for use. There is a basement and not available for use. There is a boat house located up close to the beach where the kayaks are stored. The garage is not available for use.
