This space is a self-contained annexe, separate to the main house. With its own parking and front door so that you can come and go as you please.
In an area of natural beauty the Annexe is tucked away at the end of a no-through lane.
Ideal for guests who want a getaway, enjoy the Southdown Downs Way, beautiful coastal walks and great local pubs on our doorstep !
Historical Chichester, Goodwood, Portsmouth Dockyard and beautiful sandy beaches all within a short drive.

Boendet
The annexe has its own front door with stairs leading to the 1st floor. The studio has a double bed, sofabed (cot also available on request) table and chairs, fridge, microwave, kettle and widescreen TV. There is a ensuite with toilet, basin and shower. Wi-fi available.
Full central heating so lovely and cosy in the winter.
