I am happy to introduce you my lovely 1 room studio apartment, located in a very nice and quiet area of Lugano, beautiful Swiss town with an Italian flavor!

I am happy to introduce you the "Suite-Rosemarie", my lovely 1 room studio apartment, located in a very nice and quiet area of Lugano, beautiful Swiss town with an Italian flavor!

Furnished with taste, this 22m2 accommodation offers you everything you need for a short but comfortable stay in one of the most beautiful region of Switzerland, which has the cachet of a small town, an amazing lake and uncountable hills and mountains surrounding the area!

The studio is easy to reach by public transportation. It is located on the 1st floor of a building built in the late 70’s. To access the apartment, you can use the stairs or the lift. The kitchen is fully equipped (coffee machine, micro-wave, kettle…) including a small folding table and an extra folding chair for you to eat or do some computer work. The bathroom has a hair dryer and always some shower gel at your disposal. The main room is lovely decorated and looks very sunny, bright and spacious when the sun shines. The sofa is small but cosy. Of course, high speed internet and television are both available and included in your rental.
The laundry room is also at your disposal and at no extra cost. It is to be found on the same floor, right opposite the apartment. The whole place is clean and welcoming!

The closest supermarket is about 300m from the studio and to make life easier for you, you can use the shopping Cart which is to be found in the kitchen.

If you are a Seefood and Italian food lover, book a table at the famous restaurant “Locanda del Boschetto”! It is located only 50 meters away from the apartment and it is an absolutely gem in Lugano!

The Italian influence is evident in the city's cafes, sunny piazzas, cobblestone streets, and arcades. It's a city designed for walking. You can wander at leisure, exploring its historic old streets, like the sleepy village of Grandia for example, where every building is perched on the hillside over the water!

And if you feel like exploring the Castles of Bellinzona note that using the train will only take you 30 mins to reach the capital of the Canton of Ticino.

Lugano is usually very expensive during the high seasons. My little studio is perfect for couples, students or tourists (2 guests maximum) looking for the best deal in town at a small/limited budget.

Enjoy what Tessin has to offer!
