Condo on edge of Downtown, close to The Gulch, Broadway, Midtown, Music Row, hospitals, Vanderbilt U, Marathon Village, The Parthenon, and more! We have multiple units so if this one booked or you need more space SEE LINKS BELOW for availability. Experience Nashville and all it's bars, honky tonks, and great restaurants. Entire condo fully updated. Fresh paint, new floors, fixtures, appliances, granite counters, stainless steel sink. All new furniture, lamps, tables, beds, bedding, towels.

Quiet, safe area close to downtown. Plenty of free private parking. Close enough to walk to attractions if you like the exercise but most of our guests will drive or Uber around. Our property is surrounded with 5' boxed aluminum fencing for extra privacy and security.
