Enjoy a clean minimalist room with all of the amenities you need to experience South Florida. Private bathroom with shower is separate from the sleeping area. A brand new Casper mattress will ensure you have a great night's sleep.

Boendet
A private entrance and use of the shared back yard will make your trip to Lake Worth cozy but comfortable! The space has a small footprint, but packs a punch! Has a pull-out couch for entertainment and extra sleeping when needed. There is a 55-inch user-friendly flat screen smart TV, offering a preset Netflix account. There is a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the 'kitchenette', with dishware and utensils for your use. You have use of the driveway and there is plenty of street parking for additional guests, but why park here all day when you are a mile away from downtown and 2 miles away from one of the most historic beaches in South Florida!

You will have the side of the house available to you with private entrance into room. There is a private bathroom in the unit. You may sit in the back yard at the shared patio table. We ask that there be absolutely no smoking in the home. If you do smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Smoking in the home will result in a $200 cleaning fee.

**Some people have been confused. This room is attached to the main house, but there is NO shared space (other than outside patio). **

The air conditioning is controlled by the main house, so if you have special needs for temperature, please let us know! A personal fan and a space heater is provided in the room.
