This charming and spacious Provencial villa is located in a very private, gated community of Las Brisas de Chicureo, in the northern part of greater Santiago. It features 6 bedrooms over 4500 Sqft of space over one acre lot overlooking the Andes. Professionally maintained vegetable garden provides seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables to the kitchen table. All modern amenities are provided. After a day of excusions, you can relax your own pool enjoying the view of the starry Chicureo nights.

Boendet
A full time housekeeper, personal chef, and or a full time driver, can also be arranged separately and upon request. For those interested, we can also arrange access to the Club de Golf Las Brisas de Chicureo, spas, and facilities. For all these services you would pay the providers directly.

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS – There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, plus various types of stores 5-10 minutes outside the condominium. Nearby restaurants we like • El Fogon del Lenador (steak) • Mercatelli (Seafood) • A Puertas Cerradas (for “home cooking”) • Don Victor (informal, but has the best empanadas and pan amasado in the area)
Supermarkets • There is one right after the main security entrance to your left as you exit • Other near by supermarkets (5-10 minutes) are Montserrat and Santa Isabel (drive south from the condominium entrance)

Gymns • We prefer Sportlife (they also charge by the day if needed); it is in the “Laguna of Chicureo area”, about 15 minutes from the house. Their Tel # is +56 2 2964 7000 • There are others in the Chicureo street area (as well as yoga enters), but we are less familiar with them • If you book the spa at the golf club in our compound, they may arrange access to the gymn there (although it is normally not open to non –members). See separate section for spa
