Located few meters away from Zelai-Txiki restaurant. In a quiet residential environment which is close to the lively neighbourhood of Gros. Full of rich and varied trades and a splendid range of bars, terraces and restaurants. The "pintxopote" of Gros has become a very well known event. Next to this neighbourhood is the Zurrriola Beach, well known by the surfers.
Continue walking a little bit and you'll find the Kursaal "Conference Hall and Audience" and at the other side of the bridge The Maria Cristina Hotel, both are headquarters during the International Film Festival.
Little bit farer is located the Old Town and what is called "The Romantic area of San Sebastian" which stands out by the nice arquitecture of beginning of the XIX century. The Old Town is where most of people meet and is usually full of people and where live shows and music take place.
