Peaceful condo with plenty of delicious restaurants within walking distance. Washer/dryer located inside the unit. Top of the line appliances: refrigerator, oven, and stove.

Stop by Piccino coffee shop located one block up for delicious coffee. Piccino opens at 6:30 am during the week. If you are in the mood for Italian food, Picciono also has a restaurant located next door for some of the best pizza and pasta. Take a nice stroll in Esprit Park, which is just across the street from the condo. Also located nearby are great burgers at Ganim’s Deli, cheesy mac and cheese at Mac Daddy’s, French food at Chez Maman East as well as plenty of other cuisines to choose from. If you’re in the mood for a Giants baseball game, it’s a quick walk up the street. No need to bother with parking and parking fees.
