The studio is close to the Arve which is the river which crosses Chamonix, on the ground floor which means that it stays cool even by heat wave.
Right next to it you will find shops including a convenience store, fast food stores, a ski shop, a yoga studio etc ... (see recommended addresses)
You will also find a Bus station two minutes away, which can take you free of charge in season from the slopes.
You are also very close to the center of Chamonix, its main streets and its shops, the cinema.
