Beachy clean new construction never lived in great house in the heart of Katama. Located on a quiet dirt road, 1 mile fro beach, 1 mile from town, feet from the bike path, this charming summer barn has all the amenities. Outdoor shower, heated bathroom floors, a/c, heat, modern kitchen, brand new appliances/washer dryer, sleeping loft, and separate storage loft. Location, location, location. Unfortunately cannot allow any pets or dogs.

Boendet
This is the ideal location in Katama, 500 feet from the bike path, with town and South Beach a mile in ether direction.

Gästers tillgång
The entire house. There is a loft with steep spiral staircase with a trundle bed, however the stairs may not be safe for small children.

There I a grill, big yard, picnic table, outdoor shower, plenty of parking in a very secluded spot minutes from everything.
